Come on, you folks, we're depending on you to LEAD down the straight and narrow! I have been fighting the billboard issue for over 20 years. We have procedures on the book, but the truth is, our city is NOT made better by advertising. It is made WORSE. If you go to places that have NO BILLBOARDS, the difference is striking and SO NICE. But at the very least, enforce the rules we have created... all of them, not the ones that are convenient at the moment. Donald L. Gibbon Donald L.
